As a CRM Manager you are responsible for building strong relationships with our players ensuring player retention and growth. You plan, execute and follow-up campaigns and activities targeting our players, working closely together with our CS+VIP department. You communicate with our players on a day-to-day basis, and of course grow our player base by identifying potential improvements continuously.
You are a super happylicious, positive person that thrives in social situations. You want to get to know our players as good as your friends: what games they like, what bonuses make them happy and what topics interest them. You understand the value of our players and want to create excellent customer experiences for them. Your head is full of ideas of how we can deliver better, and you cannot wait to share those ideas with us!
You have great communicational skills, and your positive mindset will show in all your customer communications. You are fluent in English, and other language skills, especially Finnish or Swedish, are a big plus! We hope that you already have experience from working with the VIPs in the iGaming sector.
