As a CRM Manager you are responsible for building strong relationships with our players ensuring player retention and growth. You plan, execute and follow-up campaigns and activities targeting our players, working closely together with other departments. You communicate with our players on a day-to-day basis, and of course grow our player base by identifying potential improvements continuously. At Cashmio everyday is different and as we are a small team you get to learn the business inside and outside, not only from CRM perspective.
You have great communication skills, and your positive mindset can we be in all your customer communications. You are fluent in English, and other language skills, especially Finnish or German, are a big plus! We hope that you already have experience from working with CRM in the iGaming sector. If you are happy, hardworking and ambitious, we can’t wait to receive your application.
